2025 WOMEN'S CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP

CONDITIONS OF PLAY

The Championship

The Championship is a 72-hole event and will be played over 4 rounds of Stroke Play. The rounds will be played as 18 holes on the following days:

• Round 1 - Tuesday 13th May 2025

• Round 2 - Thursday 15th May 2025

• Round 3 - Tuesday 20th May 2025

• Final Round - Thursday 22th May 2025

The final round will have the 8 best gross players seeded.

The Champion will be the player with the best Gross score over the stipulated 4 rounds. The winner of the Bronze Plate will be the player with the best Gross score over the stipulated 4 rounds. The winner of the Veterans 70+ will be the player with the best Gross score over the stipulated 4 rounds.

Grades:

• Silver Grade 0-21.9

• Bronze Grade 22.0-42.5

• Veterans 70+ 0-42.5

9 HOLE TOURNAMENT

The 9-hole Tournament is an 18-hole nett event and will be played over two rounds of 9 holes on the following days:

• Round 1 - Thursday 15th May 2025

• Round 2 - Thursday 22th May 2025

The Tournament winner will be the player with the best nett score over the stipulated rounds.

Conditions of Entry

Entries will be accepted by using the Mi Club timesheet provided. Players must be a full, concessional or life member of the Albany Golf Club to compete for the Championship. The normal competition fee is to be paid.

Rules

The Rules of Golf, as adopted by the R & A Rules Limited, will apply and the Local Rules of the Albany Golf Club.
